Talk to Dermatologist on Consistent Itching On Skin Leading Red Patches With Small Skin Bumps

AOA, my daughter is 6.5 years old and having severe skin itching for a month now. Earlier, it was occasional but now it has worsen she is itching all her body for last three days. Her skin becomes very dry and I've tried all moisturisers to relieve her itching but unsuccessful. It becomes worst at night. We have been out of country for almost 10 days and here due to extreme winter heating is turned on 24/7. She is wearing loose fitted cotton clothing but no use. Please prescribe any over the counter lotion or medicine here so that she can be relieved.

seems like the kid is atopic. regular moisturizing is the key .. she may need mild topical steroids to get rid of itching.
use lotion which contain mild steroids.
Use Cera Ve barrier repair moisturizer, alongwith any anti-histamine syrup (eg Syp Loratadine 1 tsf at night). The child should also be examined for scabies. Plz share some pictures.
