I am a male experiencing a genital wart (HPV) issue. Here are the details:

I have one wart near my private area, which has been present for 2–4 years and has grown in size over time.

Recently, 2–3 very small warts have appeared nearby. I think they are forming due to minor cuts during shaving.

There is no pain, bleeding, or discharge, but I am concerned about the persistence and new growth.

I cannot afford an in-person dermatologist visit at the moment.
