Talk to Dermatologist on Cut On Hand
Asking For Self, Female, 27 Years old, khi
3 months back i got a deep cut on my hand by a razor blade, it bled quite a lot so i only applied polyfax and cicatrin powder on it for a week and it eventually closed up but later developed into a thick raised scar. Now the scar is quite red/pink and i stjll dont feel it has completely healed up as everytime something touches the scar i still have mild pain. Kindly pls suggest what could be done to make it better and to diminish or lighten the scar completely?

Also I’ve had a c section last year that scar too is similar, raised and slightly thick but getting better and flat now. Is this a keloid? Looks more like that pls advise by looking at the pic
