Dandruf Issue

Question

i have serious problem of dandruff, i am facing it since 12 years, earlier itvwas just at head skin, now the case is severe my eyebrows having serious dandruf and also reported at lower jaw ... i have used every kind of antidandruf shampoos, having ketoconazole but nothing is giving result. plz help and suggest someone who can understand it and what will be the treatment available either with medicines or any other kind of therapy is necessary.
