I'm working as an freelancer my sleeping routine is 4AM to 3PM i sleep more then 8 hours but in day time, now i face issue of dark circles, please recomend any cream for dark circkes, Is I-Litte roll is good for dark Circles?

Your sleep cycle is not normal , night sleep is necessary wear glasses while using pc/laptop dont use screen in darkness as direct screen rays are harmfull aswell use sunblock while using screen
