Acne caused by steroids usually clears within few weeks to months after discontinuing the steroids. U can take acne treatment depending on severity that includes topical medication +/- oral meds. For dark circles genetics play a role also evaluate your sleeping routine i.e. duration and sleep cycle, any eye allergies, iron deficiency etc
