have severe inflammatory acne which worsens with inflammatory foods. I took oral retinoids ( oratane ) last year for 1and ½ month acne was resolved for 3 months but all the glow on my face disappeared. Now I am advised to take azomax 250 mg alternatively and start oratane to prevent scarring. Using acsolve lotion with a topical retinol which is very gentle and work wonders. My question is how to still maintain a glowy face and prevent dullness. Normally I have oily skin but after taking retinoids can I continue bioderma mosturizer and la Roche posay hyaluronic acid?
