I've been facing a condition since many years but no suitable cure is found
What happens is whenever I get exposed to cold weather from room temperature my skin starts getting redish and itchy , if I start itching on it it increases
This phenomenon lasts for almost 30 mins after returning to room temperature but that 30 mins are worst to bear
Any suggestions on it please
