AOA. I want to know about use of Vit E. I have heard and seen, people using Evion capsule by puncturing them and adding into mustard oil/coconut oil or any other hair oil and then applying on hair. Also have seen, adding the capsule with alovera gel and applying on face, or even applying the Capsule extract directly on skin overnight or in the day. Please advise is it safe to use this way? Also can we use it while breastfeeding? Thanks

Vit E is an oxidant and is used for these properties for skincare as it helps in maintaining healthy skin. It is used both in creams synthetically made or herbal way.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant and is used for skincare for maintaining healthy skin of scalp and body so its used both as synthetically and herbal way.
