its better to visit nearby dermatologist for proper examination and treatment
Well.... you need to Consulta dermatologist soon as I am of the opinion that you may have viral warts around your private area. If left untreated it will keep on spreading. I don't think a gynaecologist will be able to differentiate between tags and warts. Since the pathology you have are not treatable with medicines but have to be treated with procedures like cautery, RF or liquid nitrogen spray, a gynae will not be having those equipment/ instruments.
Since you are located in Karachi and should you wish, come to my clinic for consultation and advise.

better to consult femal dermatologist in Ur city. it may warts or skin tags and other disease
