picture shows these can be keloid which is best treated by intralesional injections ..
other option is skin tags as shown by picture 2/3 as picture quality is poor...if its skin tags then laser removal is best option

From the pics you have shared, some bumps look like keloids while others are skin tags. I am Islamabad based Dermatologist, you can consult me and I will remove the skin tags as well as treat those itchy keloids

Can't say exactly what you have without clinical examination but they are either acne papules or keloids. In my opinion you must visit a qualified dermatologist in your city.
