I want to know about my condition. Pic is attached. I have itchy bumps all over my scalp since 03 months. Before this and before getting bald, I was facing severe hairfall on shaking our even gently pulling them. White flakes come out of my hair when I shampoo. I also have acne on my cheeks, face, scapula and shoulder. Is this folliculitis ? I was prescribed Fuscidic acid cream for the bumps in my scalp previously and doctor said it is a skin infection. But apparently it didn't work. I stil have these bumps.

Yes this is folliculitis most probably bacterial. The lesions are too deep to be treated with topical agents. If you are healthy otherwise. I will recommend 6 weeks course of oral Erythromycin 500mg twice a day for six weeks.
