Talk to Dermatologist on Dry Cracked Finger's Skin

Aoa, I have been experiencing this situation since two months now, my fingers dry out after just a simple water wash, there's no itching, no redness, I've been applying moisturiser or vaseline after washing my hands even now in hot weather of june but still if i just go and wash my hands with water alone it starts drying out and the skin starks appearing to be cracked. Please suggest me what can i do to repair it, Thanks.
