Talk to Dermatologist on Dry Patch On Skin.

Assalam o Alaikum Respected Doctors.

History : Few years ago, It was a dry and inflamated patch on my leg with severe itching. Then I consult doctor through this forum and she suggested me "Fucicort" twice a day for 15 days. Then it became fine with rough and black skin..

Current condition :

Now from this winter it again happened. It is dry and infalmated with no itching. There is very very less itching or I can say there is no itching.

So plz guide me what should I do.? And it's a request to plz suggest any ointment for it.
