Dry Skin

Question

I got a dry skin. Whenever I do ablution I will have to use oil etc on my face and hands otherwise the dryness will keep me bothering. All of my body is very dry. I use chapstick even in summers. please suggest to me any medications.

For face u can use physiogel cream or atopalm intense moisturizing cream or skin aqua moisturizing lotion
For body u can use hydrobase lotion or hydrophil lotion frequently
Mild soap like hydrolatum bar or oilum bar
