Talk to Dermatologist on Dry Skin Patch On Forehead

Aoa, Recently i had a pimple on the forehead which went away but it left this dry skin patch that's not healing for months now and i feel like its growing slowly, it's itchy and its very dry like peeled off skin, i apply moisturiser on and off but it doesn't seem to be a permanent fix. can someone please suggest me how to fix this small patch on the forehead? Thanks.
