due to eczema on my hands, my thumbs index fingers and middle fingers of both hands are getting too much itchy, went to a doctor, she prescribed me Tab Telfast 120mg (1+1) and Dermovate cream (1+1), using since last 3 days, but no change, please advice

Remember eczema needs long term maintenance therapy.... dermovaye cream alone wont work.... use demovate ointment in petroleum jelly in 50:50 proportions.. apply twice daily... use vaseline on hands in between... ur hand should always be moisturised.... u can apply a clingfilm on hands at bedtime after applying d mixture for some nights. Dont stoo the treatment abruptly... taper down ... means pehle 2 bar , phir ek bar phir her doosre din phir twice weekly...use dove soap... wear cotton gloves , then rubber ones if u want to wash clothes or do kitchen work
use dermovate cream twice a day for 5 days than leave it. use E45 lotion regularly for ur eczema site.use gloves while washing clothes and utensils.
