Talk to Dermatologist on Eczema Or Blood Infection

Observing nail pitting, hair fall, loss of muscular mass and sleepless nights. Is it Eczema or Arthritis disease? Or Is it due to atopic dermatitis (overactive immune system)? Further, mostly I feel low fever, weakness and warm/sweaty hands and feet. (image of nail and reports (CBC+LFT) are attached)

Holding weight cause temporary stiffness in joints like joints of fingers.

Further, the problem is of the stiffed neck which causes pain near Atlas (joint connecting skull and backbone). It also cause rotation problem of skull.
