Talk to Dermatologist on Eczema Problem

My daughter has had eczema since birth. She develops recurrent red, patchy rashes on her skin, especially on her trunk and other body areas. The rash tends to flare up periodically and can become widespread. Her skin is often dry, irritated, and itchy, which causes discomfort and scratching. We have been managing it with moisturizers and prescribed treatments, but the condition continues to recur. Recently, the redness and rash have become more noticeable, as shown in the attached photo.
