Excessive Hairfall

Question

I have been experiencing hairfall for over 5 years and my hair volume is significantly low now, im 23 i dont need a transplant or any surgery just medications or serums that can help me reduce hairfall. Also, should i take finasteride to check if my hairfall lessens and are its’s side effects reversible ?
