Talk to Dermatologist on Excessive Smelly Sweat

Hello doctor I have a query regarding my son. He is 2 years old now, since he was 4 months old I've been noticing his feet being smelly even after a bath too. Now by the time this has increased and a little bit of sweat makes him very smelly. Especially his head, right after giving him a shower as soon as he sweats even a little, his head starts to smell very bad. Is it normal? Or is there something to worry about? Someone told me he might have some hormonal issues and since then I'm very worried for my son. If it's not normal can you please write down the tests that I need to get done to figure out the problem. I'll be really grateful. Thank you
