There are countless dark scars/pigmented spots all over the body as a result of chronic skin picking. What can be done to solve this problem? Also, suggest some at home solutions to start with to deal with this. OTC serums etc?

no. the rest of the bruises and cuts heal just fine like normal people. its the skin excoriation that has created this problem
