Talk to Dermatologist on Face- Big Hard Pimple

Last month i had my c section a few days later i got this painful hard pimple on my face which kept growing, a dr from Marham told me to apply fucidin, i did and it made it worse and even bigger and later started oozing pus and blood, it was extremely inflamed, the entire mouth area was swollen and painful I couldn’t even move my mouth. Then i got it checked with a dr and he cleaned it by pressing it very very hard and gave me mixell antibiotic for 5 days and fusiaim cream which is same fucidic acid to apply. Since then it has reduced but somewhat still hasn’t healed properly. It is still hard to touch and the skin looks very digged in and sometimes mildly itchy too and the scar is too prominent and looks very grey/black. Pls tell me how will this get better? I’ve attached all the pictures from how it started to how it looks now.
