None of the creams work. They come with different names but the chemical is the same or very similar. You can give a try to Depilus cream for few months. You will then realize the people suggesting you to try different brands have no knowledge.
I don't know which tests have you undergone and on which menstrual cycle dates. To make the matter complicated, even if your make hormone is normal or even below normal, it really doesn't make much of a difference because it's the hypersensitivity of the cells to the hormones that causes hair growth.
The diagnosis sometimes has to be made by taking careful history of the patient, clinical examination etc etc.
Like I said in my earlier comments, Laser/IPL treatment is the only answer to your worries. I must warn you at the same time that if machine selection is wrong by the patient and/or the person giving you the treatment is not experienced, your will not get the desired results with that too.
