Face Skin

Question

I moved to UAE 2 months ago. For the last 1.5 months, pimples (im not sure if those are pimples or what) have started appearing on my face. It first started on left cheek, then right and now on the forehead this Morning. They appear as I have circled in red and then they grow everyday. Not disappearing. Please help. Is it allergy or because of water change or body/stomach heat?

Hi, looks like mild acne. Use a face wash with salicylic acid in it. Use isotretinoin gel at night on the acne for few weeks.
