Talk to Dermatologist on Facing Mild Acne

i visited doctor and she prescribed tretonin for my acne although i have chin acne and lil bit back and front acne on body , my sister was facing very less sort of acne but she also prescribed it after taking for 6 months her face used to get red and very sensitive i didn't take any medicine instead i applied ascolve gel 2 times a day and acdermel gel during night now i am having pimples one or two bulky sort of not as much as severe pus type i want to get rid of it all kindly suggest me some other medicine tube should i use to get rid of it permanently for chin acne as well as body.
