Talk to Dermatologist on Fungal Infection

I am having fungal skin infection for 9 months on my thighs and genitials and that has spreaded on my belly and also my face and inside my mouth but my current doctor told me it doesnt spread to face it only stays on thighs there is very slight redness no lessions that were on my thighs but not on my face but iam having burning and itching on my face Also on my hands and even under my nail but no lessions i had got multiple treatments and when i take antifungals it gets better but it doesn’t finish plz doctor give me a good advise what should i do .
