Talk to Dermatologist on Fungal Infection On Hands And Left Foot

I have been going through a fungal infection for about 2-3 years. Everytime a visit a doctor, they treat me with medicines that affect my stomach too. And in result, fungal infection go off for a few days and then again come back with more high intensity. There are white pimples with white water inside. Some of them are bigger as a size of corn seed. Only smaller ones causes for itchiness. Some pictures are attached for reference. Please help to eradicate this issue as I'm tired of carrying this disease. ?
