Talk to Dermatologist on Fungal Infection On Scalp.

Throughout my life I am struggling to get rid of dandruff but I am not able to win. I have consulted with some physicians but no permanent treatment I have got yet. I have tried a lot of medicadted shampoos and herbal treatments but this dandruff on my scalp is not leaving . It gets worsen in winter and usually when I have hair length of more than 2 inches. It irritates me a lot and creates an urge to scrap it with my nails and sometime in response produces a little blood oozing out of that area. Moreover it produces a very foul smelling odour in my head..

I am doing Pharm D. I want a topical treatment for this remedy. Regards
