Fungal Ringworm Infection

Question

I had itching problems for last few months, Initially I thought its eczema so I took eczema medicines but it amplified and skin started becoming scaly and patchy. I feel it's jock itch or Ringworm fungal infection. I am currently using Lamisil so I wanted to know if it's useful or not. Furthermore if there is an oral medicine for reduction of itchiness and symptoms then prescribe me that too
