i have fungus in my both of my feet nail 1 finger after thumb. In hand this is the only infection rest of the 9 fingers are fine kindly advise. and hand washing is normal 5 times wuzu is must rest hand wash is on daily normal routine i am very worred bcoz as u can see above the nail its red and seems like it has pus

Generally this pathology is seen in women who have their hands wet or damp all the because of cooking and washing. This happens because the chemicals in the detergent and soaps damage the cuticle. You have not mentioned what sort of work he do. Does it involves frequent usage of soaps and detergents. If not, he must visit a Dermatologist to assess the cause and possible treatment.
