I have noticed some bumps in my genital area for the past 7 months. Recently, they seem to be increasing in number, and some are growing in size. I am unable to tell if they are genital warts or skin tags. They are not painful or causing any irritation. I have attached photos for reference. Could you please advise on what these might be and advise treatment as well.
