Grey Hair Issue

Dear Sir,  
My hair started turning white at the age of 15-16, and the hair in my beard began turning white around 22-23 years of age. Now almost all the hair in my beard is white, and I apply color to them. Is there any chance, medically, that my hair can return to its original color?
