Hair Fall And Lot Of Dandruff

I have been facing severe hair fall and a severe dandruff issue since four my hair starting to get month I checked a dermatologist in my city and he gave me some shampoo and spray but it was totally waste my time it increased my dandruff issues and now as I already left my hair start to fall more than before please give me some good solution about that.
