Talk to Dermatologist on Hair Fall Problem

Hello, sir/ma'am, I am 20 years old male and I am facing a lot of hair fall from last 14 months..I've tried specialist here. His medicine didn't work on me. I went to him for 5 months but didn't get a single percent benefit. I am losing my confidence day by day. plz suggest me a good doctor in Lahore or at least guide me what to do so that my problem can be solved. I am almost bald now. this runs in my family but this is too soon . kindly help me.
