Remember one thing that siborrhea can be controlled but not cured and it has seasonal agrevessions. If your problem controlled by all these traetments you can continue according to the severity. You can apply it anytime continent to you and wash it with water. Also use selsun blue shampoo 3 times a week and wash the shampoo with water.
