Talk to Dermatologist on Hairfall And Hair Thinning Due To Dandruff

I am a 30 year old male. I have now been experiencing hairloss for about 3 years consistently after being diagnosed with alopecia. Although, hair has regrown on the affected area but apparently my hair is thinning day by day and scalp is mostly itchy since then. I cannot go 1 day without shampoo as dandruff accumulates (and It's got a foul smell to it). I have tried many oils but it seems to worsen my scalp conditions with more itchiness and dandruff build-up. Please advise.
