Talk to Dermatologist on Hairloss/Hairfall/Seborrheic Derma

I have chronic SD 15 years ago but was treated but never get rid of dandruff and hairfall. From last one year hairfall is very much on and off. I started Saw Palmetto as someone suggest me its a herbal DHT blocker and the dose was 270 mg. Initially my hairfall improved and hair thickness but after 20 days there was drastic hairfall like 200 on shower day and painfull scalp acne and inflamatiom and horrible dandruff. I dont know why as it was a dht blocker. So I stopped saw palmetto and hair condition improve but still falling too much. May be the fall initially stopped was due to Melatonin as I am also suffering from insomnia from 3 4 months. Moreover I am also on dostinex from last 3 months due to little bit high level prolactin. Dont know which is the main reason of hairfall as it just improved but dont stopped. Dont know what to do? Have tried so much supplements. All test were normal. Thinking about exosome but not sure they will suit me or will worse my situation like dht block
