Talk to Dermatologist on Hands And Feet Skin Problem

My mother is facing skin problem on hands and feet. She sense some itching in feet and then 1/2 cut will appear on hands and is unable to do daily life had visited some skin specialists and they gave her Eczema and Psoriasis medicine and Creams but there is no cure. Anyone have solution for this?
