Talk to Dermatologist on Have Bad Itching After Sweating And Shower

i have this problem from last 5-6 years i cannot take shower with cold water i used normal hot water in summer and i used sulphur soap to reduce the itchings but problem is the same i used many creams and many medicine, but if i use sulphur cream after shower itching stop but smell of cream start to come in body and in clothes but in sweating and after shower its become worst for at least 15 to 20 min. I visit most of the dermatitis and skin specialist but nothing happen still same problem. i need proper treatment please help me. I have type 2 diabetes from a year, no b.p, liver and stomach is ok. Need a good advice from a good doctor please.
