Talk to Dermatologist on Hormones Imbalance

Hi,

I need doctors help related to hormones. I have thick hairs on chin and sides (face), breast and overall body is hairy. Periods are regular but flow is less. Overweight. Consulted with endocrinologist in Agha khan and she asked me for several blood tests on 2nd day of period (tsh, fsh, lh, prolactin, testosterone, 17 hydroxy progestrone, estradiol, cortisol, sgpt, lipid profile, ogtt). All tests were fine, except prolactin is high (45), estradiol is low (16.48), 17 hydroxy progestrone is high (4.7). Looking at these results, doctor asked me for MRI pituitary PRL and 17 OH progestrone after 1 hour administration of ACTH 250 mg injection. My questions are below: Where can I get this MRI done? I called dow radiology, they asked me to have serum test before this MRI and ziauddin radiology asked for some injection and MRI cost 28k. I am totally confused. I couldn't find ACTH injection even in Agha Khan. Any endocrinologist or gynaecologist please help or share your opinion.
