hi sir i have an hyperpigmentation problem on my face since 5 year i used alots of sunblock for it become lighten but when i go to my village Dir upper despite uses of sunblock my melasma become worse currently i am using U.veil forte spf60.and after some days uses of tab surbex.z my skin become lighten as well so please recommend me sunblock which protect my skin from sun rays everywhere weither it is peshawer or Dir thank u.

You have to repeat sunblock after every 2-3 hours if u go in sun or Ur home is sunny. Better to apply SPF 80 or 100 sunblock.
Secondly reduce sun exposure and use hats etc

Hi Ma'am mere right cheek per red dry patch hai us mei itching b hoti meinu physiogel cleanser or sunblock use kiya per koi faida nhi hua...kindly iska batadein
