My sister has pigmentation around mouth. She consulted many dermatologist and used many creams. Pigmentation fades but became dark again when she stop using cream. Is there any permanent solution. Any treatment?

Try to find the cause of the pigmentation. Any rash, itching, dryness, skin reaction to topical products or toothpaste. Once the cause is resolved it may not appear again once treated.
