Hi. My nail got completely detached from the root due to hiking. Now my new nail is almost fully grown but it's one edge is ingrown in the skin. I feel extreme pain when I touch it and sometimes it swells as well. What should I do to get it in shape? Thank you

Use mupiricin cream two times a day and use a ingrown toe nail clamp at night for a month.
