Irritation Plus Burning Redness

Question

iam using cosmin gel and adapco forte gel for milia but after 2 times use my skin now burning redness my skin in that area become soft thin feels too dry should I stop it? or is it normal kindly suggest me another cream or something to reduce burning 2 days now burning still that area
