Is Meso Gun Better Than Dermapen For PRP On Face?

Hello,
My question is from dermatologists. I have acne scars and nodule + cysts on face. I consulted a doc who recommended me Meso PRP after 2-4 months of retinoids usage. I\'m doing my research in order to opt for better treatment and I\'m really concerned about the type of procedure/microneedling with PRP done on face. 

Please docs recommend me is Meso PRP on face a more effective treatment than using dermapen? Are there more effective solutions? Please enlist the types of devices/techniques used for microneedling with PRP on face and then I\'ll do my research on my own.

Micro-needling with PRP is a lot superior treatment option for acne scars etc. if you were in Karachi I would have treated you with scar subcision as well along with micro-needling.
