Fungal Infection

The itching on your foot could be due to a fungal infection, given the appearance of the acne-like lesions and the itching sensation. Hydram Emollient is a good start for moisturizing, but an antifungal treatment might be more effective. I recommend applying an over-the-counter antifungal cream twice a day for two weeks. Monitor for improvement in itching and reduction in lesions. Have you noticed any discharge or increased redness?

Thank you for your reply. I have used provate and daktarin but no improvement then I started emollient to keep it moisturized. Now it is little better but still it been more than two weeks now. Also there is no discharge they are dry.
