Itching On Legs

Dear Concerned Dr,

Good Day,

This issue starts in winter 2017 first time when ever i take shower there is &quot;LOT&quot; of itching in my legs apart from sensitive area\'s when i start scratching after few seconds legs got red and there is small pimples pop up it remains 10 to 15 minutes and in this time itching is out of my bearing level. In mid of winter its spread on my arms and hands as well, how ever ALHAMDULILAH its not transferred to any one from me. Its stopped in summer how ever winter is getting start and its start\'s again i have tried Lootrex anti alergic tablets Vaseline Lotion etc last year but all in vein. i am looking for an expert opinion how ever i heard in my social circle some of my friends suffer from same issue as their was SMOG last year when its start. Looking forward for a prompt response please.

sounds very typical of URTICARIA
it is allergic condition and cause could be any think physical dnvoirmental emotional is antihistamine choose non sedating fexofenadine 180 mg od or if you want sleep puritan 4 mg ads is of time this doesn't help add montelucast 10 mg od or if very disabling low dose steroids
this is non contagious and common benign problem
