Over the 2.5 weeks, I developed an acute onset of itchy skin lesions primarily involving my hands, elbows, knees, and ankles. The affected areas feel warmer than the surrounding skin, and the itching intensifies when my skin becomes hot, particularly at night and after dinner. The rash appears inflammatory in nature and is aggravated by heat exposure.
