Talk to Dermatologist on Itchy Skin

Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing persistent itching for the last 2–3 days. The itching is mainly around my neck and the sides of my abdomen. Small itchy bumps and redness appear in the affected areas, and if I keep scratching for a long time, there is slight pain afterward. The itching only improves temporarily after scratching.
I am otherwise able to sleep peacefully, but the itching keeps recurring throughout the day. Could you please advise what might be causing this and whether I need any treatment or tests?
